“The Equity Handbook: How you and your student union can help give people equal opportunities in higher education” is a book published by the ESU. The handbook provides content overview of international higher education policy processes as well as information about particular issues such as underrepresented groups and obstacles for those who want to enter higher education.

It also gives tips on how student unions can campaign for equity, and how they can improve the opportunities for everyone to participate in the student union’s work.

The handbook is developed by ESU’s Social Affairs Committee. This publication is part of the project “Equity in higher education from a student perspective”, which is funded by the European Commission’s Lifelong Learning Programme.

The handbook will be distributed to ESU’s members during the seminar and Board Meeting in Krakow next week. You can also download it here.
